What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
Enterprise knowledge is scattered across SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, internal wikis, email threads, and the institutional memory of people who have been at the company for years. The Knowledge Assistant gives every employee fast, sourced answers from the full body of what the company knows, without requiring anyone to know where to look or who to ask.
Users ask questions in plain English. The Knowledge Assistant retrieves relevant context from connected knowledge sources, generates an accurate answer, and cites the specific documents and pages that support it. Every answer is verifiable. Guardrails prevent hallucination from slipping through and protect PII from appearing in responses to unauthorized users.

The Knowledge Assistant deploys inside the customer's AWS account. Company documents, policies, and internal knowledge never touch Inferdat's servers. Role-based access ensures users only see what they are permitted to see. This is production-grade RAG, not a demo that produces plausible-sounding wrong answers.
LLM observability, drift detection, and quality monitoring are included from day one. As models are updated and company documents change, the Knowledge Assistant is monitored to ensure answer quality does not quietly degrade.

Linked repositories
Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
