<p>Aiden for SRE is an AI SRE teammate from StackGen, built for site reliability teams. It learns your environment the way a new engineer would - connecting to your observability stack, cloud accounts, and code repositories to map the services, data stores, and infrastructure that make up your system - then puts that understanding to work triaging alerts, investigating incidents, and helping resolve them, with a person in the loop for anything that matters.</p>
<p>Aiden takes on the early, repetitive parts of incident response. It validates whether an alert is worth attention and filters out noise before anyone is paged. For real incidents, it investigates automatically - correlating logs, metrics, traces, recent deployments, and related code changes across your observability platforms, cloud accounts, and repositories - and works out the root cause. Alerts reach your on-call engineer already investigated, with root cause and evidence attached, instead of starting the clock on manual digging. When a fix is needed, Aiden can propose it or carry it out, with approval steps wherever a person needs to sign off. Teams collaborate in shared investigation threads, and anyone can start an investigation manually with a single click. Repetitive tasks can be automated on a schedule, on an event, or via webhook.</p>

<p>Aiden is built for enterprise governance. Policies control what it may do on its own versus what needs a person's approval. Every action is recorded in an audit log, and the Activity view shows what Aiden is doing in real time, with step-by-step replay of any past action. Upload your own runbooks and Aiden reads and follows them the way a team member would. Memory recognizes patterns from past investigations, Persona Agents put a specialist on each job, Workflows turn multi-step processes into deterministic, repeatable actions, and cost visibility shows what Aiden costs to run by agent, workflow, and team. For strict data residency requirements, Aiden can run inside your own network with Remote Runners.</p>
<p>Nothing has to be replaced to get started: Aiden connects to PagerDuty, Squadcast, Grafana, ObserveNow, Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, GitHub, GitLab, and more. During setup it begins building an understanding of your environment right away; from there, teams review its first investigations, set the approval steps they want, and decide which alerts it should handle.</p>
