**Week 4: MVP Finalization & Knowledge Transfer**

• Validate content workflows, publishing behavior, and API responses.
• Review extensibility options for new content models or channels.
• Provide documentation on structure, governance, and integration patterns.
• Conduct a technical handover and capability enablement session.

Following the PoC, organizations can extend the CMS to additional content types or experiences, implement richer workflows and automation, or adopt Rierino as a unified orchestration layer for content operations across the enterprise.
