# Support and Integration Services for the Liveness Detection API
Professional services delivered directly by Swallow Incubate, the developer of the liveness detection engine - not a reseller or systems integrator. This service supports customers integrating the Liveness Detection API (face anti-spoofing / presentation attack detection) into identity verification, KYC, electronic medical record authentication, and physical access control workflows.

## What This Service Covers
- Integration assistance - guidance on calling the REST API from your stack, request and response handling, error cases, and API key rotation design
- Image capture guidance - camera placement, lighting, resolution, and image quality requirements that materially affect liveness accuracy in production
- Evaluation support - help designing and interpreting an accuracy evaluation against your own data and attack scenarios
- Troubleshooting - investigation of unexpected verdicts, latency, or integration failures, with engineering escalation to the team that built the engine
- Operational guidance - capacity planning, plan selection, and usage monitoring
## How It Works
Support is delivered on a prepaid ticket model. Each case is assigned a case number, scoped and quoted in tickets before work begins, and closed with a written report and the remaining ticket balance. A shared ledger gives you visibility into case status, ticket consumption, and expiry at all times.
For pricing and ticket volumes tailored to your deployment, request a private offer.
## Why the Engine Developer
Swallow Incubate has developed human-sensing computer vision since 2013 in Tsukuba, Japan's national science city, and holds 12 granted Japanese patents in this field jointly with Panasonic. The liveness detection engine has been deployed in production by Japanese enterprises since 2022 in medical record authentication, access control, and attendance systems. Support questions are answered by the engineers who built and maintain the engine.

Linked repositories
Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
