What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
Genpact’s Unified Intelligent Agents for Document Validation & eKYC is an advanced, multi-agent KYC automation platform designed to handle complex, KYC onboarding with precision and scale. Built with Agentic AI and integrated large language models (LLMs), it enables conversational collection of documents and information while adapting dynamically to jurisdiction-specific requirements. It addresses the challenges of fragmented onboarding workflows, manual document reviews, and inconsistent compliance standards, making it ideal for banks, insurers, fintechs, and enterprises operating across multiple geographies.
GUIDE is deployed on AWS Cloud, leveraging a robust, scalable architecture purpose-built for multi-agentic execution. The system orchestrates five specialized agents: Information Capture Agent, Document Sourcing Agent, Negative News Screening Agent, Case Memo Generator Agent, Case Decision Agent powered by Claude models via Amazon Bedrock for secure and high-performance reasoning and language understanding. Each agent integrates with AWS-native tools: Amazon Textract for structured document extraction, Amazon Polly and Amazon Transcribe for voice-text interaction capabilities, and Tavily Web Search for external validation and contextual enrichment. Agent state and memory are managed through Amazon RDS PostgreSQL, ensuring persistent knowledge sharing and context retention across agents, while Amazon S3 handles secure document storage. Real-time agent coordination and low-latency retrieval are enabled via Amazon ElastiCache (Redis), supporting rapid agent-to-agent communication and intermediate state caching. This cloud-native, agentic architecture ensures resilience, modularity, and enterprise-grade KYC automation at scale.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
