What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
Life sciences commercial teams operate under increasing pressure: HCP access is limited, MSL insight is often trapped in free-text systems, scientific questions require time-consuming evidence retrieval, and adverse-event signals can emerge in patient conversations before they reach traditional safety workflows. At the same time, manager-led roleplay and manual field preparation make it difficult to improve readiness consistently across a distributed team.
phData’s Commercial Intelligence Platform brings eight production-oriented AI agents to these high-friction workflows: Persona Sim Studio for simulated HCP conversations; On-Device Call Coach for privacy-first call metrics without recording or storing transcripts; First Signal for early adverse-event signal discovery; AE Clustering for explainable safety and brand triage; Auto-Draft Reply Agent for citation-grounded scientific-response drafts; MSL Idea Vault for searchable field insight; Pre-Call Audio Agent for audio-first HCP preparation; and KOL Interest Profiler for evidence-backed engagement context.

The agents connect to the customer’s existing data and applications through the Life Sciences Intelligence Platform, including a Veeva-to-Snowflake connectivity pattern, life sciences semantic models, and data-model-as-code modules for commercial, safety, medical, and market-access analytics. Depending on the selected agent and target architecture, AWS services may include Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore for generative AI and agent orchestration, Amazon S3 and AWS Glue for data integration and preparation, Amazon SageMaker for machine-learning workflows, and AWS IAM and Amazon VPC for identity and network controls. phData Forge™ sprints deliver a scoped, working, validated agent in the customer’s environment, allowing teams to start with one priority use case and add agents as value is demonstrated.
Highlights
Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.
Accelerate life sciences workflows with purpose-built AI agents that reduce manual effort across commercial readiness, medical affairs, scientific exchange, HCP and KOL engagement, and pharmacovigilance.
Connect governed intelligence to existing AWS, Veeva, Snowflake, and cloud investments, supporting traceable outputs, human review, and privacy-conscious workflows without requiring a core-system replacement.
Scale from one measurable use case to broader adoption through repeatable phData Forge™ sprints, with reusable delivery patterns that improve time-to-value as teams add agents and workflows.

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Linked repositories
Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
