What the publisher says

As described on AWS Marketplace.

Most software loses users in the same three places. People never reach first value and quietly churn. Support answers the same "how do I" question hundreds of times. And the product team never finds out what users were actually trying to do.

UniGuide closes all three gaps from a single install. It is an AI product expert that embeds inside your own interface, whatever you have built, from a customer facing SaaS platform to an internal line of business tool. A user asks a question in plain language. UniGuide reads the context they are in, their role, the screen they are on and what they were just doing, then answers strictly from your own verified knowledge base. If the answer is not there it says so rather than inventing one. Then it does the part a chatbot cannot: it shows the user exactly where to click, step by step, and asks whether it should complete the task for them. The user stays in control.

*** MEASURED IMPACT ***

  • Activation up 5 to 15 percent.
  • Early churn down 10 to 25 percent.
  • Support tickets down 30 to 50 percent.

*** WHAT EACH TEAM GETS ***

  • End users get help in the moment, inside the product, with no docs and no tickets.
  • Support teams see repetitive first line questions disappear before a ticket is ever opened.
  • Product teams get a ranked view of where users get stuck and what they keep asking for.
  • Growth and customer success teams get churn risk and upsell signals pulled straight out of conversations that were already happening.

*** ACROSS THE USER LIFECYCLE ***

  • Onboarding and activation. UniGuide identifies the user's role, builds an onboarding path around their use case, walks them through their first real task, and steps in on its own when someone stops making progress.
  • Retention. It supports daily work, introduces relevant features in context while the user is working rather than by email, and flags churn risk early.
  • Expansion. It spots upgrade intent, triggers the offer at the right moment, and turns everyday conversations into ranked feature requests.

*** HOW IT FITS YOUR STACK ***

UniGuide integrates through an SDK, about one line of code and an hour of engineering time on your side, similar to adding an analytics tag. It is model agnostic, so the underlying LLM can be chosen or swapped to match your cloud and compliance requirements. It runs inside your own perimeter, so chat history and customer data stay in your account. It can also run live SQL against your database during a conversation, so users get answers about their own data, not just about the product. The widget is white label and matches your brand. A typical pilot runs four weeks, covering a joint workshop, integration and 20 to 30 guided scenarios, and you own the resulting code.

*** ABOUT THIS LISTING ***

This listing deploys a working demo, not a slide deck. A CloudFormation template provisions a sample project management application with a live UniGuide instance into your own AWS account, so you can ask real questions and watch it guide and act. Five preloaded scenarios cover what a brand new user tries on day one.

The demo runs on Amazon ECS with AWS Fargate from a verified image in our ECR repository, deploys into an existing VPC or a new isolated one, terminates HTTPS at an Application Load Balancer using your own ACM certificate, and ships with Amazon CloudWatch enabled. It is stateless and uses least privilege IAM roles.

Dedicatted is an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner and the first Canadian partner to earn both AWS AI Competencies, Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Highlights

Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.

Answers in context, not from a script. UniGuide reads the user's role, current screen and session history, replies only from your verified documentation, and says it does not know rather than guessing.

Guides, then acts. It highlights exactly where to click and, with the user's permission, completes multi-step tasks inside your UI. Deployments see 30 to 50 percent fewer support tickets.

Turns conversations into signal. Every chat becomes structured insight: ranked feature requests, churn risk accounts and upsell moments, on a dashboard your product and customer success teams can act on.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
