## Who Participates
This workshop is not just for software engineers. Product owners, business analysts, UX designers, architects, platform and DevOps leaders, cybersecurity, compliance, QA, and support teams work together inside the same AI-Driven system. Teams bring a real product idea and use a preferred agentic IDE - such as Kiro, Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or Codex - to pressure-test AI-Driven execution in a real workflow.
## Example Scenario
A platform engineering team of 10-15 members modernizing an internal workflow - such as a claims processing pipeline or patient-intake feature - brings their backlog, domain context, and preferred IDE into the workshop. Over two weeks, the team aligns requirements cross-functionally, builds a working prototype with agentic tooling, and surfaces the coordination drag that previously added weeks of rework to each release cycle.
## Scope and Prerequisites
- **Duration:** 2 weeks (10 business days)
- **Team size:** Typically 8-20 cross-functional participants
- **Prerequisites:** Active agentic IDE licenses for participating developers, an AWS account or equivalent cloud environment, and a real product idea with available source materials (requirements docs, designs, or backlog items)
