Achieving licence freedom and improving performance, stability, and cost-effectiveness by:
- Migrating VM-based or EC2-based applications to ECS, EKS, or Lambda
- Modernising legacy monolithic applications
- Enriching data platforms through standardised ingress and egress flows, and democratising data access using lightweight scalable serverless architectures
The Accelerated Application Modernisation (AAM) program by Mantel Group is designed to rapidly analyse the current technology landscape and qualify application modernisation targets, allowing for the prioritisation of opportunities to create a high-level roadmap. During a four-week engagement, a pilot workload undergoes modernisation using Mantel Group tools and accelerators to demonstrate the selected modernisation approach and showcase both functional and non-functional benefits.
**Our approach**
The Accelerated Application Modernisation program by Mantel Group focuses on delivery of tangible outcomes and actionable plan within a short, typically four-week, engagement.
**Step 0:** Free 2-hour workshop – Identify the right use case and explore suitable funding opportunities for application modernisation assessment on AWS.
**Step 1:** Discover – Capture the current state of the technical landscape through stakeholder interviews, workshops, questionnaires, and automated discovery and assessment tools. Identify targets for application modernisation.
**Step 2:** Assess – Conduct a modernisation pathways assessment through a series of workshops, allocating opportunities to existing AWS and MG programs and accelerators. Develop a comprehensive modernisation program roadmap.
**Step 3:** Pilot – Produce a high-level design and modernise a pilot workload using MG architecture patterns, accelerators, and boilerplates.
**Future Steps (outside of the AAP scope):** Run, Scale and Accelerate – Implement a full-scale application modernisation, optimise CI/CD processes, integrate security and compliance best practices, provide performance monitoring and optimisation mechanisms and ongoing team training, optimise cloud workload expenses with FinOps.
**Getting started**
Upon placing an order, our Client Engagement team will contact you. You will receive an email confirming your order, identifying pre-requisites to initiate delivery and schedule a time for the initial workshop.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
