What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
Most organisations do not have an AI problem, they have a prioritisation problem. Pilots start in several departments at once, none of them reaches production, and nobody can state what the platform will cost or which regulatory duties attach to which use case. Research across the European midmarket consistently shows that buyers want a data strategy before they buy AI technology. This assessment delivers that strategy in a fixed scope, at a fixed price, in four to six weeks.
SNS runs the engagement in four phases. First, structured discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders produce a long list of candidate use cases, each scored on business value, data availability, technical feasibility and regulatory exposure. Second, we profile the data estate — sources, quality, silos, classification, lineage and access controls — and score readiness against what the prioritised use cases actually need. Third, each candidate is classified against the EU AI Act, including the transparency duties applying from August 2026, the prohibitions from December 2026 and the high-risk obligations deferred to December 2027, so you know which obligations you are taking on. Fourth, we produce a target architecture with modelled run-rate cost, a business case, and a 12-month roadmap sequenced by dependency rather than enthusiasm.

Highlights
Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.
Fixed scope, fixed price, four to six weeks. You know before you start what you pay and what you receive: a ranked AI use case portfolio, a data readiness scorecard, an EU AI Act classification register per use case, a costed target architecture on AWS and a 12-month implementation roadmap.
Regulatory clarity built in. Each candidate use case is classified against the current EU AI Act timeline, including Article 50 transparency duties from August 2026, new prohibitions from December 2026 and high-risk obligations from December 2027, so you know which duties apply before you build anything.
Delivered in German or English by an Austrian team, on site or remote. The assessment fee is credited against a subsequent SNS platform engagement, and the findings map directly onto the SNS Sovereign AI Landing Zone and SNS Hybrid Data Foundation services.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
