What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
Affogata is an AI-native brand intelligence and social listening platform built for consumer brands and gaming publishers. More than an app, Affogata is focused on enabling this data across your organization so all of your stakeholders get access to the customer feedback in a personalized way.
Three ways to use Affogata: the Affogata platform UI for CS, Community and Brand teams to monitor, search, and engage; the Affogata MCP server to give your AI agents real-time access to player and customer feedback; and the Affogata API + Data Integration Layer (DIL) to stream clean, enriched feedback data into your warehouse, BI tools, or LLM stack.

Affogata aggregates public and private feedback across social media and community (X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Discord...), app stores, support tools (Helpshift, Zendesk, Intercom), forums, review sites (e.g. Trustpilot), and surveys, and applies proprietary AI models for sentiment, clustering, and anomaly detection.
World-class consumer and gaming brands including EA, Supercell, Scopely, and eToro rely on Affogata to spot emerging issues in real time, understand user sentiment across brands and regions, close the loop with customers on social and support channels, and feed clean structured feedback data into their warehouses and AI agents.
Typical use cases for Affogata:
- Centralize customer voice across owned and earned channels
- Detect anomalies after product/game updates, feature releases, or campaigns
- Build AI-driven workflows on clean feedback data via MCP, API, and data warehouse access
- Compare sentiment and topics across brands, regions, platforms, and player segments
- Close the loop with customers via direct reply on social and support tools

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
