Enterprise AI Workbench (EAIWB) is a modular, scalable AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) platform designed to create, deploy, and manage Generative AI agents and services. Built on a layered, microservices-based architecture, EAIWB integrates cognitive capabilities, semantic understanding, and robust data handling. As a low-code platform, it enables rapid configuration, testing, and publishing of Conversational AI Assistants across enterprise domains. EAIWB supports both structured and unstructured data, harvesting and preparing data for AI while enabling intelligent agents to serve end business users effectively.

Knowledge Harvesting
The Harvester service supports both structured and unstructured data ingestion. Structured harvesting extracts data from relational sources, fingerprints it, parses and chunks content, and generates vector embeddings for indexing and storage. Unstructured harvesting processes documents such as PDFs, PPTs, ERDs, and images, enriching them with metadata and building a semantic metagraph that captures relationships and context. This enriched metadata feeds into a centralized Data Catalog, enabling intelligent retrieval, contextual query augmentation, and high-quality inputs for downstream AI assistants.
Smart Data Fingerprinting
EAIWB introduces Smart Data Fingerprinting to efficiently structure harvested data for secure storage and retrieval. This approach leverages vector stores enriched with metadata, enabling fine-grained access control and contextual consumption at runtime. Fingerprinted data supports cataloging, tagging, reporting, and ensures AI agents access only relevant, authorized information with precision and compliance.
Agent Services
Agent Services enable the creation and orchestration of multi-agent systems that operate hierarchically, sequentially, or collaboratively across enterprise ecosystems. Agents dynamically reason, adapt to contextual signals, and coordinate with internal and external agents independently of the user interface. The service manages state and context across sessions, supporting scalable and modular agent networks. A built-in tracing capability provides end-to-end explainability of agent decisions, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the agent lifecycle.
Agent Canvas
The Agent Canvas provides an intuitive, unified environment for agent authoring, context engineering, configuration, and state management. It offers advanced debugging and deep explainability features, allowing agents to publish structured insights in real time. Agent Trace
