**Overview**
Adastra's agentic AI solutions engagement designs and builds a modular, enterprise-grade AI agent platform on AWS that gives organizations a repeatable foundation for creating, deploying, and managing autonomous agents across business functions. Built on Amazon Bedrock Agents, Amazon Bedrock Flows, and AWS serverless infrastructure, the platform supports multi-agent collaboration, low-code agent creation, secure tool integration, and centralized governance, all within a cloud-native architecture managed through Terraform or CloudFormation.

**Approach**
Adastra begins each engagement with a fixed-scope analytical phase to identify high-value use cases, assess system integration feasibility, and design agent workflows tailored to your organization's needs. We then design and build a modular AI platform using key AWS serverless services including Amazon Bedrock Agents and Flows, with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation. Governance is embedded throughout the process.
**Activities**
- Conduct feasibility analysis of processes, roles, and systems for agent deployment.
- Design architecture and UX/UI for AI Portal and agent interaction.
- Build foundational components: Agent Builder, Agents Marketplace, Tools Marketplace, Agent Engine – powered by Amazon Bedrock Agents.
- Design use cases and specify security, performance metrics, and governance controls.
- Ensure integration with existing tools, AWS services and knowledge repositories.
- Deliver APIs and documentation for portal integration and future expansion.
**Deliverables**
- Custom-designed platform architecture and infrastructure deployed on AWS.
- Business-focused catalog of high-priority AI agent use cases.
- Deployed components including Agent Builder (for low-code agent creation), Agents Marketplace (to manage and reuse agents), Tools Marketplace (to securely connect internal tools), and Agent Engine (to run and manage agent tasks).
- Secure access and control model for managing agent usage across teams.
- Comprehensive API documentation, onboarding materials, and operational handover.
**Outcomes**
- Ability to easily configure, search, and reuse AI agents across business functions.
- Optimized cost and performance through centralized model and tool governance.
- Increased operational efficiency through AI-driven automation.
- Reduced time spent on repetitive or manual tasks.
- Improved role productivity by augmenting employee capabilities with AI.
- Accelerated deployment of generative AI solutions via prebuilt infrastructure and reusable components.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Linked repositories
Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
