Vocalyx is an integration layer for connecting customer owned telephony (Twilio) and voice intelligence services (Deepgram) within a controlled cloud architecture. Vocalyx is entirely deployed within the customer AWS account and helps customers provision and operate the required cloud resources using AWS-native services. Acting as a mediation layer it orchestrates call flow and service interactions without owning, reselling or embedding third-party services and the provisioned AWS resources. The product does not store or process customer data outside the customer environment, enabling organizations to adopt inbound voice capabilities while maintaining transparency, governance, and alignment with their internal security and compliance requirements.

All the AWS infrastructure for Voice agent remains under your control. The data flow remains between your Twilio, your deepgram and your AWS. The conversations between the voice agent and the customers remain in your own AWS storage device
