Customers may contact the ScaleOps delivery team at support@scaleops.io or through the contact method specified in the applicable Private Offer or Statement of Work. Support is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays, unless different coverage is agreed in writing. Support includes engagement coordination, clarification of project activities, assistance with deliverables developed within the agreed scope, troubleshooting during implementation and testing, deployment support, acceptance support, documentation clarification, and knowledge transfer. The applicable Private Offer or Statement of Work will define the support period, response targets, supported environments, escalation procedures, assumptions, exclusions, and acceptance criteria. Ongoing Managed Services, Production Operations, Emergency Support, Enhancement Requests, and activities outside the agreed scope require a separate written agreement.
