- Planning and planning support
We will interview you about the data sources and business requirements to be introduced, and define the scope, schedule, and evaluation indicators of the PoC.
- Construction of a technical and service verification environment
We will construct a PoC environment on AWS, taking into consideration the data sources and targets (S3, Redshift, RDS, etc.).
- Implementation support (PoC environment preparation, progress management, etc.)
We provide comprehensive support, including design, development, and execution support for Glue jobs, as well as PoC progress management.
- Effect measurement and evaluation
We evaluate the results of the PoC (performance, development efficiency, operability, cost, etc.) quantitatively and qualitatively based on the defined evaluation metrics.
We also identify issues and verify the overall feasibility of introducing AWS Glue.
- Proposal for Next Actions
