**Overview**
Manual ERP queries and supplier follow-ups create operational delays and overload support teams. Adastra's AWS agentic AI solution deploys a conversational AI agent that gives business users real-time access to ERP data through natural language – no SQL knowledge or IT support required. Built on Amazon Bedrock, Amazon OpenSearch, Amazon DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, Amazon Textract, and Amazon API Gateway, the solution automates supplier communications, integrates with existing ERP systems without backend changes, and delivers end-to-end visibility across order tracking, inventory, and supplier workflows.

**Approach**
Adastra delivers an AWS agentic AI automation solution that integrates seamlessly with your ERP system. Through a structured discovery phase, we define the key features, data flows, and user scenarios. We then design and implement a cloud-native solution using AWS services to provide real-time ERP data access and intelligent automation of supplier communication workflows.
**Activities**
- Build and configure an agentic AI agent that supports natural language interaction with ERP data.
- Connect the agent to ERP systems and relevant operational data sources.
- Develop SQL translation capabilities to query structured ERP data.
- Implement RAG model integration for unstructured data such as invoices, purchase orders, product photos, and email exchanges.
- Create orchestration logic to select sources and execute queries.
- Deliver a business-facing interface for query input and results.
- Test for accuracy and usability across real-world ERP and supply chain scenarios.
- Provide documentation, onboarding, and knowledge transfer.
**Deliverables**
- Fully functional agentic AI agent integrated with ERP systems and operational data sources.
- SQL translator for structured ERP database queries.
- RAG component for unstructured data retrieval (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, email exchanges).
- Front-end interface for self-service ERP data access.
- Solution architecture and configuration documentation.
- User guide and knowledge transfer session.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Linked repositories
Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
