What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
MemVerge Intelligent Memory (IM) is a software and services bundle designed to help enterprise teams build AI systems that learn continuously, retain memory across sessions, and share context between agents. Unlike traditional stateless architectures, IM introduces a persistent memory layer that transforms large language models into intelligent, personalized, and cost-efficient agents. This listing combines the IM runtime software with up to 80 hours of professional services from MemVerge experts, ensuring a seamless deployment and fast time-to-value.
The software component enables AI agents to maintain long-term memory, coordinate across workflows, and reduce token usage by recalling prior interactions. It integrates easily with enterprise infrastructure, supports both Kubernetes and container-based environments, and is compatible with popular LLM frameworks and vector databases. IM is built with enterprise security in mind and runs entirely within your VPC, giving you full control over memory, data, and privacy.

To support successful adoption, the bundle includes implementation services delivered by MemVerge’s technical team. These services cover integration with your data sources, such as RAG pipelines or CRM platforms, and guide the setup of memory schemas, prompt engineering strategies, and memory optimization techniques. Our team works directly with your developers and infrastructure teams to deploy, test, and fine-tune the runtime. We also assist in configuring replay logs and automated memory learning workflows to enable more intelligent human-in-the-loop systems.
This bundle offers three tiers of engagement to meet different team needs. The Light tier provides 20 hours of support focused on onboarding and standard setup. The Standard tier offers 40 hours for custom integrations, tuning, and best practice deployment. The Premium tier includes 80 hours of support, ideal for more advanced use cases involving retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent orchestration, training workshops, and extended post-deployment support.
MemVerge Intelligent Memory is particularly valuable for teams building AI copilots for sales, customer service, education, or internal knowledge applications. It also supports multi-agent environments that require shared memory and task continuity, and can be used to build secure, private GenAI deployments with compliance in mind. Deployment is delivered remotely, with structured sessions for design, configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer.
This listing includes both the licensed software and bundled consulting hours. With IM and MemVerge’s professional services, you can quickly move from proof of concept to production deployment with a memory-aware foundation that improves agent performance, reduces hallucinations, and drives long-term impact.

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
