Loyaltyforce Loyalty Management is a seller-hosted SaaS application on AWS for managing customer profiles, tags, audiences, and behavioral analysis. It provides membership, tier, points, benefits, coupon, and stored-value capabilities, together with audience- and event-based marketing workflows.
Each purchased unit provides one independent, isolated SaaS tenant workspace. Quantity N permits the buyer to provision and manage up to N tenant workspaces. Every tenant includes one default Loyalty Program and tenant-scoped authorization and audit records for operational accountability.

Applies to Loyaltyforce software charges via AWS Marketplace. Eligible non-private offers canceled within 48 hours receive a full refund. Later and all private-offer refunds require seller approval. Email support@loyaltyforce.com with AWS account ID, agreement ID, purchase date and reason; never send credentials or card data. AWS processes approvals in 3-5 business days. Cancellation stops future charges; invoiced charges need review. AWS infrastructure charges are separate.
