# Scope of the Service Offering

As part of this offering, we will:

  • Conduct a discovery workshop to understand your data analytics objectives and current data sources
  • Identify a representative dataset and migrate it to Amazon Redshift
  • Configure Amazon Redshift with best practices, including compression, distribution keys, and materialized views
  • Integrate with Amazon S3 to demonstrate Redshift Spectrum or Redshift Data Lake Export
  • Enable Redshift ML for predictive analytics use cases
  • Build sample dashboards with Amazon QuickSight or integrate with your BI tools
  • Present a final POC walkthrough with architecture recommendations and next steps

# Delivery Approach

The engagement is executed remotely by NAVA’s AWS-certified data architects and Redshift experts. The POC is typically delivered over a 1 to 3-week timeline, depending on data complexity. Our delivery includes architecture design, implementation, data modeling, performance tuning, and a demo session with your stakeholders. We also provide an estimate for scaling the POC to a full production-ready warehouse and can help apply for AWS MAP funding where applicable.
