What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
The Opportunity Explorer is a one-hour senior-led advisory session that helps organisations determine whether an opportunity deserves further investment. Opportunities often appear credible, but competing priorities, differing stakeholder views, stalled momentum, or untested assumptions can make the next step unclear. This session creates space to challenge the thinking early, helping leaders decide whether to proceed with greater confidence, investigate further, change direction, or stop before more is committed.
##### **When should I use an Opportunity Explorer?**
Show the rest of the publisher’s description (27 more lines)
- You have an opportunity in mind but are not yet confident enough to commit investment
- Multiple options are competing for the same budget or priority
- Stakeholders hold different views on the right course of action
- An initiative has stalled or lost momentum
- A proposal is heading towards governance, board, or investment approval and key assumptions need testing
- You want to understand whether an opportunity is worth pursuing before committing further time and resource
- A decision carries material risk, cost, or organisational impact
- You need to move quickly but want greater confidence in the next step
##### **What happens in the session?**
A senior advisor works through the opportunity, the options being considered, and the assumptions driving the current thinking. Using our ACLIG Friction Diagnostic, covering Alignment, Capacity, Literacy, Infrastructure, and Governance, we challenge the opportunity from multiple perspectives and identify where uncertainty, risk, or organisational friction may influence the decision.
##### **What do I leave the session with?**
- A clearer understanding of the opportunity and what is at stake
- A structured view of the options, assumptions, and trade-offs
- Visibility of risks, constraints, and areas of uncertainty
- A clearer view of the questions that still need answering
- A confident, defensible next step you can act on immediately
##### **What is the follow-up deliverable?**
Within days you receive a written summary, ready to share internally, containing:
- An Opportunity Statement outlining the opportunity, context and desired outcome
- Prioritised observations and recommendations
- Key assumptions, risks, and evidence gaps
- A recommended next step and decision points
##### **What types of assessment are available?**
AI Opportunity, Cloud Opportunity, Operating Model, Regulatory and Compliance, and Data and Insight.
##### **Data protection and confidentiality**
All information shared during the session and within the written deliverable is treated as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request prior to the session. Deliverables are transmitted securely and session notes are retained only for the duration needed to produce the written summary.
This is not a workshop, sales pitch, or scoping exercise. It is a practical, senior-led conversation that turns uncertainty into action.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
