Our private AWS-based hosting is simple, reliable, and scalable, giving you full control over data location, access, and integrations. We leverage Amazon EC2 for compute workloads, Amazon RDS and Amazon S3 for data management and storage, and AWS IAM to enforce strict access policies. Monitoring and reliability are ensured via Amazon CloudWatch, with optional automation through AWS Systems Manager or CloudFormation.
We guarantee 99.5% uptime and a 1-hour SLA for high-priority issues, backed by deep expertise in both Atlassian and AWS.
