What gets captured
- Tables and fields with data types preserved, including OLE Object, Attachment and Hyperlink columns
- Queries exported as SQL, including action queries, crosstabs and parameter queries

How it works
- Connect: point the client at your .accdb or .mdb files. Read-only access. Local, network share or SharePoint hosted files supported.
- Discover: every Access file inventoried, fingerprinted and classified (Small / Medium / Large / Split front-end / Data-only).
- Deep scan: each file profiled across five dimensions - structure, data, UI, logic, integration. Stakeholder-ready HTML, Excel and JSON reports per file.
- Extract: records, design elements, VBA and linked-source metadata exported as the AI rebuild bundle.
- AI Rebuild: Microsoft AI tooling consumes the bundle and generates the Power Platform replacement end to end - Dataverse schema, Model-Driven or Canvas app, plugins for VBA business logic. Records migrated.
Three migration paths
- Archive: .accdb files no longer actively used but legally retained. SQLite archive plus SharePoint document library, no Access runtime required going forward.
- Lift: simple .accdb with tables and light forms. Records become Dataverse tables or SharePoint lists, forms rebuilt as Canvas apps.
- Rebuild: apps with real VBA business logic. AI generates the complete Power Platform application from the extracted schema, records and VBA modules, with plugins scaffolded for the server-side logic.
