Introduction
Working capital

management today demands more than static dashboards and manual spreadsheet
analysis, it requires real-time risk detection, validated simulation, and
decisive execution across the finance organization. CapitalPulse is an
AI-driven working capital intelligence platform giving CFOs a unified command
center to detect, diagnose, simulate, and execute liquidity strategies in real
time.
Description
CapitalPulse is
a platform built natively on Azure unifying financial data, analytics, and
decision-making across the office of the CFO. It integrates with Microsoft
Fabric, OneLake, and Azure Machine Learning, and connects to ERP systems, inventory platforms, and treasury data spanning 13 financial
domains, with Azure AI Search enabling intelligent retrieval across these
sources to create a single, governed source of truth. It also connects with the
financial planning tools teams already rely on keeping existing models part of
the live workflow rather than a separate silo.
Using advanced
analytics and ML, it delivers continuous anomaly detection across eight core
working capital KPIs, AI-driven root-cause diagnosis, scenario simulation and
end-to-end execution tracking, eliminating the weeks-long gap between insight
and action, surfacing trapped cash before it becomes a covenant risk, and
turning working capital into a real-time decision engine.
Governance is enforced through Microsoft Purview, and natural-language
questions are answered by AI Foundry in Fabric, so teams can interrogate their own data without writing a query.
Why Choose Polestar
Analytics’ CapitalPulse
- AI Executive
Briefing
Instead of
searching across 14+ dashboards for a daily financial picture, CapitalPulse
opens with a personalized AI briefing that summarizes cash positions,
converging risks, and recommended next steps. It replaces hours of manual
dashboard trawling with immediate strategic clarity every morning.
- KPI Grid
& Drill-Down
Eight core
working capital metrics, including DSO, DPO, and CCC, are presented as
interactive tiles with sparklines, trend arrows, and one-click drill-down to
the underlying drivers. Teams get an instant visual health check with real
depth, so a metric shift is spotted and traced in seconds rather than buried
across siloed reports.
- Root Cause
Analysis
Where analysts
once spent days tracing problems ,
CapitalPulse generates plain-language explanations and evidence markers that
pinpoint the operational drivers behind a metric shift. It connects
disconnected AR, AP, inventory, and treasury signals into a single,
understandable root cause, ending the manual forensic accounting.
- Scenario
Builder and Anaplan Bridge
Before
committing to a corrective strategy, finance teams can run side-by-side what-if
comparisons with projected 90-day cash impact, then validate each scenario
against live Anaplan Cash Flow, Working Capital, and Treasury models through
the Anaplan Bridge. This unlocks cash by optimizing operational levers while
removing the risk of executing blindly into a covenant breach.

Anti-Recommendations
CapitalPulse
does something most analytics never will: it tells you what not to do. The AI
actively flags high-effort, low-impact, or relationship-damaging actions with
amber “Recommend Against” warnings and impact-effort estimates, preventing
costly missteps before they reach a supplier or breach a covenant.
- Action
Tracker and Audit Trail
Corrective
actions are assigned owners and due dates and tracked through to completion,
while a timestamped audit trail logs every AI recommendation and human
decision. This guarantees operational follow-through and delivers the radical
traceability that answers the most common objection to AI in finance, the fear
of a black box.
Who Is It For
CapitalPulse is
built for finance leaders turning working capital into a strategic advantage:
- Chief Financial Officers and VPs of Finance
- Heads of Treasury and Working Capital Managers
- FP&A Directors and Analysts
- CIOs and CTOs modernizing the finance data stack

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
