What the publisher says

As described on Microsoft Marketplace.

Most organizations cannot evidence their own AI programme. The answers live in telemetry nobody has time to assemble, and it must be re-assembled every month or it goes stale. The Aristo Frontier Firm Assessment answers three of those questions from your own tenant, through one read-only consent — and then keeps answering them.

What is a Frontier Firm?

Show the rest of the publisher’s description (15 more lines)

A Frontier Firm (Microsoft, 2025 Work Trend Index) is an organization rebuilt around AI — intelligence on tap, human-agent teams — not just using AI but delegating real work to it. Aristo does not re-define the term. It measures it, for your tenant, from your own counted signals. Microsoft's own research: 2025: The Year the Frontier Firm Is Born.

Three reports, one package

  • The Frontier Firm Report — Are we a Frontier Firm yet? A score out of 100 with its band, counted from your tenant's own signals.
  • Traffic Lights — Is the AI spend under control? Every way you pay, watched against a floor you set.
  • The License Report — Who pays for the AI plan? The licence spend sitting idle, named seat by seat, with a reassignment plan attached.

How the score is counted

One hundred points across three pillars at fixed weights: Adoption 50, Activation 25, Security 25. A pillar Aristo cannot read is dropped and the remaining weights re-normalized — never silently scored zero. Four bands at their true widths: Emerging 0–29, Developing 30–54, Advancing 55–84, Frontier 85–100. Counted, never self-reported.

How the engagement runs

Day 0 — one read-only admin consent; nothing is installed and nothing changes. Day 1 — the first counted read, about 30 minutes later. Every month — the same questions asked again on fresh numbers, with movement shown against the previous run. Day 60 — the decision, with two months of trend in hand.

Purchased through Microsoft as a single engagement fee — one charge for the full 60-day assessment, no recurring monthly billing.

What you receive

Every run brings an executive brief — what moved, what it means, and the single move waiting for a yes — plus board-ready PowerPoint exports carrying the same numbers. The answers also reach people in Microsoft Teams, and through @Aristo as a Microsoft 365 Copilot agent.

Privacy by construction

Aristo reports org and team aggregates only. A team smaller than five people is never shown at all, and no person-level row ever leaves your tenant. Read-only access throughout.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
