What the publisher says

As described on Microsoft Marketplace.

StatsD Exporter is a lightweight service that bridges StatsD metrics to Prometheus. It collects metrics sent via the StatsD protocol (UDP, TCP, or Unix sockets) from applications and services, aggregates them, and exposes them on a Prometheus-compatible HTTP endpoint. This enables real-time monitoring of application performance, event counts, and resource usage.

Features of StatsD Exporter:

  • Receives metrics via StatsD protocol over UDP, TCP, and Unix sockets.
  • Exposes metrics in a format compatible with Prometheus for scraping.
  • Supports metric aggregation, sampling, and tagging for detailed insights.
  • Highly configurable with mapping files to rename or transform metrics.
  • Enables observability and monitoring for modern cloud-native applications.

To check the version of StatsD Exporter, run the following command:

$ ./statsd_exporter --version

Disclaimer: StatsD Exporter is an open-source tool designed for monitoring and exposing application metrics. Users are responsible for running the exporter, configuring it with StatsD-enabled applications, and integrating it with Prometheus f

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
