What your team can do

• Work where the documents already are. Point the app at an existing SharePoint Online library. No upload, no migration, no duplicate storage.
• Ask anything, in plain language. Free-text questions in English or Turkish, plus one-click actions for a summary, the key points, and the dates and deadlines.
• Cover everyday formats. PDF, Word (.docx), plain text, CSV and Markdown.
• Handle scanned PDFs without thinking about it. Files that cannot be read in the browser are routed to server-side processing automatically. The user does nothing.
• Keep the conversation in context. Follow-up questions stay anchored to the active document. Answers never draw on the internet or on other files.

Designed to pass a security review

• Your SharePoint permissions decide who sees what. Every request calls GetUserEffectivePermissions for the signed-in user before any content is returned. Nobody reaches a document they are not already entitled to open.
• Requests are authenticated, not merely obscured. Each call carries a time-limited session ticket bound to the signed-in user, and the caller's identity is read from the ticket record — never from the request body. A request cannot claim another user's identity.
• Nothing is retained. Document text and answers exist only in browser memory for the active session. No document content, question or answer is written to Dataverse or to browser storage.
• Your data stays in your tenant. Pargesoft does not host, store or access document content, questions or answers, and the application sends no telemetry.
• Least privilege by design. Two purpose-built security roles are supplied. No System Administrator role is required at runtime.
• Power Apps Solution Checker: zero findings.

How it works

Text is extracted in the user's browser — pdf.js for PDF, a dependency-free parser for DOCX — and submitted with the question to an AI Builder prompt running in your own environment. The answer is returned to the conversation panel. Up to 200,000 characters are processed per document.

What you need

• A Power Platform environment with a Dataverse database
• A Power Apps licence, or a Dynamics 365 licence that includes Power Apps use rights
• A Power Automate licence, and AI Builder credits allocated to the environment
• A Microsoft 365 subscription that includes SharePoint Online
• A current Chromium-based browser, Firefox 113 or later, or Safari 16.4 or later

Getting started

Install the solution, connect the three connection references using a dedicated service account, turn on the cloud flows, paste the flow URL into the environment variable, and assign the PargeDocu AI User role.
