What the publisher says
Give your AI agent the people skills to close the deal.
Second Opinion for Sales gives your agent a skill it doesn't have out of the box: it reads the person on the other side of the conversation and turns that read into the next move. Instead of generic advice, your agent responds to the actual buyer. Are they detail-oriented or big-picture, ready to move or holding back and Second Opinion for Sales tells you what to lead with, where to push, where to ease off, and what loses the deal if you misread them.
You close more by adapting to the person, not just the pitch.

It runs on the Big Five (OCEAN): Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism, the most validated framework in personality psychology. The read is structured and grounded in an established model, not a hunch.
Why it's different
- Reads the conversation you're already in.
- No surveys, no questionnaires. You get the read from real language, not a form someone filled out about themselves.
It scores words, not people.
- Second Opinion for Sales analyzes tone, linguistic patterns, and communication style against a proprietary psycholinguistic lexicon grounded in decades of language research. It reads only the language in front of it and not age, not gender. What was said, not who said it.
Turns the read into action.
- Not just a profile. Guidance. What to emphasize, what to avoid, how to frame the next step without pushing the wrong way.
How it works
Second Opinion for Sales is delivered as an MCP server. Add it as a tool, point your agent at it, and sign in with your Microsoft account. Your agent sends any conversation, a call transcript, an email thread, a chat and gets back a read it can pull straight into your workflow. No new app, no pipeline. Works with any MCP-capable agent in the Microsoft environment, including Microsoft Copilot Studio and custom agents.
Built for the Microsoft ecosystem
- Second Opinion for Sales runs entirely inside Microsoft. Microsoft 365 and Teams, billing through AppSource, all scoring inside Azure. Your conversations never leave the boundary, and authentication is Microsoft-only by design.
Note for admins and security teams
No PII, nothing sensitive retained. Submitted text passes through Azure AI Language to strip names, emails, and phone numbers before scoring. Files, transcripts, and text are held only for the active session and discarded when it ends, never persisted. The only thing kept is an anonymized record of numeric trait scores: no source text, no written read, no identifier.
Scores words, not people. No demographic data is collected or inferred at any stage, and every output is a descriptive read for human review no deal recommendations. All scoring runs inside Azure with Microsoft-only authentication; your content is never sent to an external scoring service.

The SettleTop steps above are possible but not automated yet, so today they sit open and a perfect 10 is out of reach. Open information like firmographics and reach has fewer steps to climb, so it sits a little higher for the same visible evidence.
