OllyGarden Insights is an AI telemetry analyzer. It continuously evaluates whether your services are generating the right OpenTelemetry data, combining LLM-powered analysis with deterministic checks, built on years of OpenTelemetry contribution.
The problem is growing fast. Observability is now the #2 infrastructure expense after compute, and coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot ship most new code today, reproducing the instrumentation patterns they were trained on. Most of those patterns are bad. Size, shape, and safety problems surface too late: bill shock, compliance notifications, and AI SREs hallucinating on noisy signals.

Insights catches it early. It scores your telemetry quality and takes your company context into account (industry, data volume, the observability backends you use) to tell you exactly what is wrong, not just that something is wrong:
- Cost: high-cardinality metrics, verbose traces, and stale debug logs inflating your vendor bill. In customer audits we have seen 63% trace-data waste and 82% log duplication.
- Safety: PII and credentials leaking into spans and logs. 5 of 6 recent audits surfaced sensitive-data leakage.
- Quality: missing attributes, inconsistent naming, and orphaned spans that break dashboards and starve AI agents of good signal.
