document management in over 100 languages. Information can be extracted
from any document type regardless of layout, language or quality of
document.
How does it work?
IDP uses
(Optical Character Recognition + Named Entity Recognition) to codify
scanned documents, in order to detect words, and other entities such as
name, date of birth, account number and any other information required
to be extracted and stored.
The solution can process
structured, semi-structured and unstructured documents in a variety of
formats including accounts payable invoices, pick up tickets,
statements, audit reports, trade licenses and passports and ID cards.
Once processed, the data extracted from a document is then integrated
and automatically sent through into your back-end business system.
