What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
ProMaze is an AI-native IWMS (integrated workplace management system) that unifies CAFM, CMMS and asset management with lease administration, space planning and ESG reporting. It is property management software for organisations that own, lease or operate real estate: one system for assets, maintenance, service requests, leases, space and building performance, with AI agents doing the reading and triaging that consumes a property team's week.
Who it's for
Show the rest of the publisher’s description (23 more lines)
- Facilities managers running planned maintenance, repairs and service desks across an estate, who need CAFM and CMMS in one place.
- Asset and maintenance managers accountable for equipment condition, compliance inspections and whole-of-life asset cost.
- Property and portfolio managers at owners, REITs and investment managers needing occupancy, lease exposure and ESG performance across every building without waiting on a reporting cycle.
- Lease administrators and finance teams owning critical dates, options, escalations and recoveries, where a missed clause is a direct financial loss.
- Service desk teams handling tenant and occupant requests against response and resolution targets.
- Corporate real estate and workplace teams deciding how much space the organisation needs.
- ESG leads consolidating meter-level consumption into auditable disclosures. The problem it solves
Property management and facilities teams run on information nobody has time to assemble. Asset registers live in spreadsheets that drift out of date, so nobody can say what equipment exists, what condition it is in, or what it costs to run. Preventive maintenance is scheduled on paper or memory, so it slips, and work that should have been planned arrives as an emergency at a premium. Service requests come by email and phone and are triaged by hand, so response times depend on who is at their desk and SLA breaches surface after the fact. Lease obligations sit in PDFs, so renewal options lapse and escalation clauses go unbilled. Space decisions rest on stale floor plans rather than measured utilisation.
Separate CAFM, CMMS and lease tools make this worse: none share a common record of the building, so the same asset is re-keyed in three places. The result is a team retrieving information instead of acting on it, reactive work crowding out planned work, and leadership deciding on data that is weeks old.
What ProMaze does
- Asset management. One register of every asset — location, condition, criticality, warranty and full maintenance and cost history — so lifecycle and replacement decisions are evidence-based.
- Planned preventive maintenance (PPM). CMMS scheduling generates work orders automatically against each asset, with compliance and statutory inspections tracked to completion and a defensible audit trail.
- Service, case and ticket management. Requests from any channel become tracked tickets, routed and prioritised with SLA timers, escalation and resolution history, so the service desk works a queue instead of an inbox.
- Lease intelligence. AI extraction reads lease PDFs into structured, queryable obligations — critical dates, options, escalations and clauses — so portfolio exposure is a question you ask, not a project you run.
- Space planning. CAFM floor plans with utilisation heatmaps show how space is used, so consolidation and fit-out decisions rest on measurement, not assumption.
- Tenant portal. One channel for requests, billing and communication, giving tenants visibility into their own cases.
- Energy and sustainability. Meter integration feeds consumption into ESG reporting rollups, so disclosures are assembled from source data rather than rebuilt by hand.AI agents that do the work
- Lease Agent reads and tracks lease obligations across the portfolio, surfacing the dates and clauses that carry financial consequence.
- Concierge Agent answers tenant questions 24/7, resolving routine enquiries without occupying a coordinator.Works with the systems you already run
ProMaze integrates with your systems, complementing your system of record rather than replacing it, and connects to building management systems so asset and maintenance data reflect what the building is doing. Each customer is provisioned into an isolated, dedicated environment on Microsoft Azure
Getting started
ProMaze is delivered as fully managed SaaS — nothing to install, no infrastructure to run. Your environment is provisioned automatically after purchase and your team signs in with existing Microsoft work accounts. A live evaluation environment lets you assess it against your own portfolio first.

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
