What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
Voiceprint turns how you actually communicate into a reusable asset.
Generic AI assistants write in a generic voice. Voiceprint fixes that. It securely analyses your own sent email, Teams chats and meeting transcripts, runs them through a rigorous stylometry and language-model pipeline, and produces two things:
Show the rest of the publisher’s description (9 more lines)
- A drop-in voice profile — a “write as me / reason as me” prompt you can paste into any AI tool so its output actually sounds like you.
- A communication voice report — a multi-lens portrait of how you write: your core voice versus your presentation register, how your style shifts by channel, how it has evolved over time, and a validation score that A/B-tests the model against your real writing.Who it is for
- Leaders and executives who want a clear, coachable picture of how they come across.
- Knowledge workers wiring AI into their daily work who need it to sound like them, not like a chatbot.
- Client-facing and sales teams sharpening a consistent, persuasive voice.
- Teams onboarding assistants, EAs or ghostwriters who need to match a principal’s voice.Built on trust
Voiceprint is Microsoft 365-native — no copy-pasting, no data wrangling. Processing is ephemeral by design: your raw communications are analysed and then deleted; only the derived, user-owned voice profile is retained, and you can delete it at any time.
Why it is different
Anyone can ask an AI to “write like me”. Voiceprint is the rigorous version: evidence-grounded, multi-channel, and validated — it proves the likeness rather than assuming it.

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
