Likewise in Customer centric Processes like Lead generation, discovery, support, ticket generation, etc. All this now can be triggered from a single omnichannel channel (across web/ whatsapp/ teams/ etc) interface in natural language from anywhere! Apart from this on the same channels NLPBots can perform other processes like sales tracking, financial, SOP's, ticket generation, etc. This is really important as part of their BCP and beyond.
