What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
Support Team by Lesos AI transforms IT service delivery by using artificial intelligence to automatically analyze and resolve incoming support tickets. Connect your ServiceNow instance and Microsoft 365 tenant, and Support Team begins resolving common IT requests — without human intervention.
How it works:
Show the rest of the publisher’s description (18 more lines)
Support Team monitors your ServiceNow incident queue every 5 minutes. When a new ticket arrives, our AI engine (powered by Azure OpenAI) reads the ticket, identifies the user's request, and executes the appropriate action through Microsoft Graph API or Azure Automation Hybrid Runbook Workers.
Cloud Operations (Microsoft 365):
- License assignment and removal (E3, E5, Visio, Project, and more)
- MFA reset for locked-out users
- Mailbox permission grants (Full Access, Send As)
- User and group management
On-Premises Operations (Hybrid Worker):
- Windows service restarts
- Disk usage monitoring
- Custom PowerShell script execution on your servers
Security & Governance:
- Three-tier risk model: Tier 1 (read-only, auto-approved), Tier 2 (state-changing, admin-enabled), Tier 3 (privileged, requires confirmation)
- Per-tenant automation governance — enable or disable individual capabilities
- Full audit trail of every action taken
- GDPR-compliant data export and deletion
- All secrets stored in Azure Key Vault with managed identity access
Admin Portal:
A web-based dashboard where administrators configure integrations, manage automation policies, view real-time activity feeds, and monitor subscription usage.

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
