What the publisher says

As described on Microsoft Marketplace.

The KPMG GRNI Agent is an intelligent automation solution built by KPMG to streamline the Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) process and eliminate one of the most persistent gaps in the Source‑to‑Pay cycle: timely goods‑receipt confirmation. Across industries, organizations struggle with delayed receipt acknowledgments, resulting in unmatched invoices, payment bottlenecks, operational risk, and supplier friction. It directly addresses these challenges by automating follow‑ups, accelerating invoice matching, and ensuring complete traceability

Designed using Microsoft Copilot Studio and deeply integrated with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (MCP Server), the agent identifies outstanding receipt confirmations and engages users through Microsoft Teams using Adaptive Cards. Users can confirm goods receipt with a single click—no ERP navigation required. This ensures that confirmations are captured quickly, including from remote, distributed, or site‑based operational teams. Once approved, the system automatically posts the delivery note back into the ERP, enabling immediate three‑way matching and reducing delays in supplier payments.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
