What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
Procurement teams waste thousands of hours manually processing invoices, purchase orders, and quotes — entering data, chasing approvals, and reconciling mismatches. Errors go undetected, vendors overcharge, and finance teams have no real-time visibility into spend. ProcAI eliminates all of this.
ProcAI is an enterprise-grade AI procurement intelligence platform that automates document processing end-to-end. Built natively on Azure, it extracts, validates, matches, and analyzes every procurement document your organization receives — with zero manual data entry.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
ProcAI is built for procurement managers, finance controllers, accounts payable teams, and operations leaders in mid-size to enterprise organizations who process high volumes of invoices, POs, and contracts and need accuracy, speed, and auditability.
THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE:
- Manual data entry from invoices and POs is slow, error-prone, and expensive
- Mismatched PO and invoice amounts go undetected, leading to overpayments
- No real-time visibility into vendor spend or budget consumption
- Approval workflows are handled over email with no audit trail
- Compliance and audit requirements demand document traceability that spreadsheets cannot provide
HOW PROCAI SOLVES IT:
- Automatic field extraction from any PDF invoice, PO, or quote using Azure Document Intelligence — vendor name, amounts, line items, tax, payment terms extracted in seconds
- AI-powered validation using Azure OpenAI GPT-4o catches missing fields, format errors, and amount mismatches before they reach finance
- 3-way matching automatically reconciles Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Receipts — flagging discrepancies instantly
- Spend analytics and vendor analysis dashboards give finance leadership real-time visibility into where money is going
- Built-in approval workflow lets teams approve, reject, or reprocess documents with a full audit trail
- Anomaly detection flags unusual invoices, duplicate charges, and pricing deviations automatically
KEY BENEFITS:
- Reduce invoice processing time by up to 80%
- Eliminate manual data entry errors
- Catch duplicate invoices and vendor overcharges automatically
- Full audit trail for every document — compliant with internal and external audit requirements
- All data stays within your Azure subscription — complete data residency and privacy
WHAT GETS DEPLOYED:

- AI Validation: Azure OpenAI GPT-4o
- Backend: FastAPI (Python)
- Frontend: Streamlit
- Database: Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server
- Infrastructure: Azure VM Scale Set + Standard Load Balancer

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
