What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
JADBio is the first automated machine learning (AutoML) platform specifically designed for biomedical data. It is able to fully automate the production of predictive models and the identification of the predictive biomarkers from cross-sectional data, of the type that frequently occur in life sciences, e.g., (multi)omic, medical image, physiological signal, and RWE data and their combinations.
JADBio automates even the most complex analysis workflows. Its AI intelligently recognizes the structure of the data and automatically determines which algorithms to apply, how to combine them, how to tune their parameters, and how to present and visualize the results. In doing so, it democratizes data science and machine learning to all stakeholders, Bioinformaticians, Doctors, Biologists, Clinicians and Data Scientists.

JADBio is the only such tool that can reliably scale down to very few samples and so it can be applied to small cohorts (e.g., < 50). It is the only one that can scale up to millions of measured quantities enabling the delivery of data insights across different company operations, driving 8-10x productivity gains and 5-7x cost reductions.
JADBio has been used by more than 10,000 academics and organizations around the world, having appeared in more than 50 publications, leading to the creation of 2 data analysis platforms (one for multi-omics data analysis and another in chemoinformatics) and several discoveries that resulted in 3 patents and 2 recently emerging startups. Some of its highlights include models for
- disease type or sub-type diagnosis (e.g. cancer, mental health, diabetes, etc.),
- risk prediction (e.g. COVID-19),
- therapy efficacy in drug discovery or patient stratification (e.g. chemotherapy), and
- survival or adverse event time prognosis (e.g. metastasis, relapse).
What you get using JADBio

Compliance

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
