What the publisher says

As described on Microsoft Marketplace.

LFM2-2.6B-InsilicoMMAI-Chem-SSRS is a chemistry-specialized large language model purpose-built for single-step retrosynthesis (SSRS) — predicting plausible reactant sets for a given product molecule expressed as a SMILES string. Unlike general-purpose LLMs that approach retrosynthesis as a translation task biased toward a single literature "ground truth", the model is trained to generate diverse, chemically plausible single-step disconnections.

The model is built on the LFM2-2.6B foundation model. The base vocabulary is extended with SMILES-specific tokens, and during training, molecular strings are augmented with non-canonical random traversals to improve chemical generalization. The model is trained in two stages: (i) Supervised Fine-Tuning on CREED, a 36M-reaction dataset of ChemCensor-verified transformations covering 3.5M unique products; and (ii) Reinforcement Learning Fine-Tuning via GRPO with ChemCensor plausibility scoring.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
