What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
Ingest AI is a document intelligence pipeline deployed as a Managed Application inside your Azure subscription. It converts unstructured documents — loan and KYC files, insurance claims, leases and contracts — into clean, schema-validated structured data delivered directly into your systems of record.
Timeline: 3 months from kickoff to production

How it works:
Documents arrive from your core systems, email, or document management. The pipeline extracts, validates, and applies your schema using Azure AI Foundry. Clean rows are delivered automatically. Low-confidence extractions are routed to human review. Every row is validated before delivery.
Key capabilities:
- LLM extraction with rule-based constrained passes
- Schema application, type coercion, and validation
- AI confidence flagging — uncertain rows routed to review
- Dictionary enrichment and cross-document deduplication
- SLA: minimum 99% accuracy guaranteed on the onboarded document set at delivery
- Zero data loss — explicit auditing at every extraction gate
Privacy and security:
Ingest AI has zero RBAC access into your resource group. The Managed Application is published with an empty authorizations array — Ingest AI cannot read your data, logs, secrets, or environment variables. All processing stays inside your Azure tenant. You select the Azure region. You control when updates are applied. Full audit trail in your Azure Activity Log.
Billing flows through Azure Marketplace and appears on your standard Azure invoice. No separate invoicing, no PO process, no tax handling outside your existing Microsoft agreement.
Supported integrations: core banking and lending platforms, policy administration and claims systems, property management systems, plus Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, and any REST API endpoint.

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
