Employees access her through a single link on your intranet. No HR sign-up. No utilization report with names attached. No record that follows them.

What Sofia is not. Sofia is not a therapist, psychologist, or licensed clinician. She does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace professional care. When a conversation surfaces signs of acute clinical need, Sofia names that fact directly and refers the user to appropriate human resources, including 988 for suicide and crisis intervention.
What HR gets. Aggregate utilization metrics, never individual session content. Renewal-grade evidence that the benefit is being used — without ever surveilling who is using it.
What IT gets. A managed application that provisions in approximately 10 minutes. App Service, Cosmos DB (encrypted at rest, TTL-bounded sessions), Key Vault, Application Insights (with PII scrubbing), User-Assigned Managed Identity. No stored credentials. No external SaaS dependency for session data.
