What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
Enterprise technology leaders are trying to stitch together skills matrices in spreadsheets, manage AI agent deployments with no central registry, and make resourcing decisions without a reliable view of either. The result is wasted external hiring spend and stalled AI adoption that impacts delivery.
Gigged.AI's Human + AI Orchestration Platform gives leaders one live view of every human skill and AI agent in their technology teams, so they can be deployed to the right project every time. The platform runs on three key features that help leaders orchestrate teams towards project success:

Map - A single, trusted human and agent skills inventory
Map turns fragmented, informal knowledge about your team’s capabilities into a structured, searchable inventory. Each person’s skills are captured in under 2 minutes and automatically aligned to our comprehensive taxonomy (or industry frameworks such as SFIA 9). This gives you skills data that is credible, comparable, and ready to act on.
It does the same for AI. Every agent running across Copilot, Claude, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Foundry, and your own internal builds is catalogued in one unified registry. For the first time, you have a single, auditable view of both your human capability and your AI capability. Side by side, always up to date, with no spreadsheet in sight.
Match - The right team, deployed in minutes
Simply describe what a project needs such as the skills and deliverables, and Match will draw on your live inventory to recommend the strongest combination of human skills and AI agents available. The platform provides an individual and combined match score, indicating how closely someone’s proficiency maps to the requirements, as well as how well an available agent can help to accelerate the work.
Not only does this eliminate the back and forth usually required to identify project teams, it prevents unnecessary external hires from being made by showing the capability teams already have to do the work in-house. Managers get their time back, senior engineers stop being pulled into work that doesn’t need them and AI agents are surfaced for the work where they’ll actually add value.
Monitor - Real-time intelligence. Board-ready insight.
Monitor is your command centre for everything in motion. Real-time dashboards surface utilisation rates, emerging skills gaps, agent adoption, and delivery flow metrics. Leaders get a clear picture of what’s working, what’s at risk, and where to act next.
The dashboards are designed to work at two levels. Detailed enough for the technology leader making day-to-day calls, and clear enough to drop straight into a board presentation or procurement review. When questions about efficiency or AI ROI come up, the answers are already there. Monitor is designed to play nicely with the BI tooling you already have, so you can export reports directly to PowerBI or other tools, with pre-built templates for the most common views.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
