「Coroban®」は、FRONTEOがエーザイ株式会社と共に開発した、転倒転落予測システムです。電子カルテや看護記録などの患者情報を当社オリジナルの人工知能「Concept Encoder」で解析し、入院患者さんの転倒・転落のリスクを可視化します。
入院患者の転倒転落リスクの問題は、患者さんの高齢化により、多くの病院で日常的に起こりうる、身近なリスクとなっています。厚生労働省でも平成30年の「医療の質の評価・公表等推進事業報告書」*において、転倒転落は“起こりうることとして”その要因を取り除くことが基本的な課題であり、“リスクアセスメントを行う事が重要”と明確に報告しています。 一方で、看護業務の多様化、繁忙化による、医療スタッフの負担増も医療現場における課題であり、多様なリスクへの対策が、看護師の業務を圧迫しているのも事実です。また、看護師が交代で勤務するなか、すべての患者を常に同じレベルで見守るのにも限界があります。 「Coroban®」は今まで人的に対処してきた転倒転落リスクに、AIで立ち向かうシステムです。人間ではなくAIがリスク予測を行うので、均一かつ客観的な判断を行うことができるとともに、従来のリスク評価と同等の精度での転倒予測が可能です。
システム概要：
人工知能「Concept Encoder」が自由記述の電子カルテを読み込み、転倒リスクを評価します。医療スタッフの負担を増やすことなく、従来の転倒リスク評価シートと同等の精度での予測が可能です。
