What the publisher says

As described on Microsoft Marketplace.

Findler builds and operates custom solutions for human-like AI calling agents for banks and fintechs.

Our AI agents communicate with customers via phone calls, speak in a human-like voice, handle any expected or unexpected inputs from the customer gracefully and behave largely as can be expected from human callers in service of business goals.

Show the rest of the publisher’s description (4 more lines)

We serve every use case imaginable that can be executed over a phone call, except debt collections. Examples include outbound calls to dropped-off users on loan application flows, upsell and cross sell of other relevant services, reminders and updates, customer surveys, pending document collection, etc

We can scale up or down based on demand at no additional cost. We can currently handle workloads of 100K calls at the same time, which can be further expanded.

We support 200+ major global languages, including all major Indian languages.

Our agents work 24x7, don't get tired, don’t make mistakes, are always polite, cost half of a human calling team’s TCO, provide 100% audit coverage, and continuously improve through analysis and feedback.

  • FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
