What the publisher says

As described on Microsoft Marketplace.

VoiceCoreIQ Per Agency License brings AI-powered call experience capabilities directly into the agent's Microsoft Teams client. Deployed inside the customer's own Azure tenant, it adds real-time translation, sentiment analysis, AI insights, and intelligent call handling to existing Teams-based government call operations - without replacing the underlying voice platform.

Capabilities included

Show the rest of the publisher’s description (19 more lines)
  • Real-time call translation - 70+ languages with sub-3-second latency, agent-controlled toggle. Agents speak their language; callers speak theirs.
  • Real-time sentiment analysis - continuous emotion detection on the live call to help agents adjust tone and approach.
  • AI Insights - automated post-call summaries, dispositions, and key-moment highlights generated by Azure AI.
  • Intelligent call routing - AI-assisted routing decisions based on caller intent and conversation context.
  • AI-powered call handling - in-call assistance such as next-best-action prompts, knowledge surfacing, and real-time transcription.
  • Azure AI-powered metrics and dashboards - call volume, language mix, sentiment trends, and AI-derived performance metrics.
  • Enhanced agent experience inside Microsoft Teams - everything above lives natively in the agent's Teams client. No app-switching, no separate desktop.

Licensing model

Sold on a per-agency basis. One Agency License entitles a single government agency to deploy and use VoiceCoreIQ with unlimited internal users for the licensed term.

Deployment

VoiceCoreIQ is deployed by EZAIX into the customer's own Microsoft Azure subscription (commercial or GCC) using Infrastructure-as-Code. Azure infrastructure consumption (Azure Communication Services, Azure AI, storage) is billed by Microsoft directly to the customer, separate from this license fee. License fees count 100% toward the customer's Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC).

Use cases

State and local government contact operations - citizen services hotlines, public health and social services, multilingual public-facing call centers, and any Microsoft Teams-using government agency that wants AI in the agent's call workflow without replacing existing voice infrastructure.

What is not included in this offer

This Per Agency License focuses on AI capabilities inside the existing Microsoft Teams agent experience. Full contact center platform features - supervisor dashboards, agent quality assurance, compliance call recording, virtual agents, CRM integrations, and advanced routing engines - are available separately as VoiceCoreIQ Contact Center Expansion.

Security

Data encrypted in transit and at rest, Microsoft Entra ID SSO, RBAC, audit logging, configurable retention.

Microsoft alignment

Azure consumption-aligned (ACS + Azure AI), Teams-first, deployable via Azure Marketplace with private offers.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
