The platform is use-case-agnostic: any Salesforce sObject, any SOQL filter, any custom prompt, any JSON Schema → AI output written back into Salesforce as a typed, parseable record. New use cases are configured, not coded.
Prebuilt use cases
- Call analytics — extract summary, sentiment, key topics, customer concerns, action items, and priority from Salesforce call reports
- Pharma sales analytics — anomaly detection across primary sales, secondary sales, scheme effectiveness, HQ growth, and stockist closing-stock data; AI-generated narratives explain the findings
- Bring your own — define a source object, fields, prompt template, and JSON Schema; xvio Insights handles extraction, batch AI processing, and writeback
Key capabilities
- Use-case-agnostic platform contract — same engine drives any analysis; no code changes for new use cases
- Schema-driven outputs — JSON Schema with guarantees the AI returns deterministic, parseable structure every time
- Cost-efficient batch processing — Azure OpenAI Batch API delivers a 24-hour SLA at roughly half the cost of synchronous calls
- Bidirectional Salesforce sync — extract via OAuth client credentials; write insights back via Azure Data Factory
- Tenant-isolated by design — credentials and data stay inside your Azure subscription; encrypted in Data Factory linked services
- Excel + tabular ingestion — upload or data through a managed endpoint for non-Salesforce use cases
- Scheduled or on-demand triggers — daily extracts, ad-hoc API calls, or Salesforce-initiated runs
- Serverless and pay-per-use — Azure Functions Consumption tier scales to zero when idle
Who it's for
- Sales, customer success, and revenue teams using Salesforce
- Pharmaceutical and FMCG distribution teams analysing primary/secondary sales and stockist data
- Any team that wants AI-powered structured insights on tabular business data without building the pipeline themselves

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
