Aimbience is a project intelligence platform for evidence-led assurance of complex programs. Deployed as an Azure Managed Application into your own tenant and region, it ingests your project documents as they actually exist — status reports, risk registers, steering papers, meeting minutes, plans and correspondence, no cleaning required — and builds a knowledge graph of entities, claims and relationships, with every claim traceable to the exact source paragraph that supports it.
Teams query the graph in natural language and receive criterion-framed, evidence-cited analysis: Delivery Confidence Assessments aligned to the DTA framework, Gateway Review preparation packs, stage-gate baselines and benefits-realisation tracking. Temporal analysis answers what changed between reporting periods; connection-tracing shows which risks affect which milestones through which dependencies; and absence detection surfaces what your documents don't say — the risk register nobody has updated, the benefit nobody re-baselined — as findings in their own right. Thin evidence is flagged, never papered over, and human reviewers stay in the loop for every judgement.

Your data never leaves your tenancy or chosen region: all model calls go to Azure OpenAI in your selected region, with no third-party model APIs and no third-party data egress. Access is governed through Microsoft Entra ID role-based controls with persona gating and an exportable audit trail. A fixed-scope four-week onboarding takes one in-flight project from raw documents to a first evidence-traced assurance deliverable.
