Diseñada con el foco puesto en el ahorro de energía, para posteriormente mejorar la producción o el consumo general de empresas con múltiples ubicaciones o en fábricas de gran tamaño. Aparte de la perspectiva energética, OTEA ayuda a centralizar la operación y el mantenimiento, permitiendo a sus usuarios controlar de forma remota cualquier máquina conectada.
OTEA es una solución IoT completa que permite controlar en remoto instalaciones, productos y procesos, con el fin de:
- Reducir el consumo e incrementar la eficiencia energética.
- Centralizar el mantenimiento y comprobar anomalías de funcionamiento
- Analizar los datos con el fin de ponerlos en valor y tomar medidas correctivas, preventivas y predictivasQué puedes hacer con OTEA?
- Medir: almacena todos los datos provenientes de sensores y máquinas conectadas, compara datos, generar gráficos entre cualquier variable y expórtarlos para un posterior tratamiento.
- Detectar: eventos y alarmas sobre variables de máquinas e instalaciones que detectan comportamientos indebido y evitan pérdidas mayores.
- Controlar: encender y apagar, configurar el umbral en cualquier variable o máquina conectada, cambiar temperaturas y modos de funcionamiento.
