compare, and validate their compliance and legal documents. Built on Microsoft
Azure, it enables organizations to instantly compare any two policies — an
existing version against a new one — down to the individual clause, and clearly
highlights every addition, removal, and modification, even down to a single
changed word.
The solution combines specialized AI agents to deliver precise, explainable
results: a Classifier Agent that categorizes each document and maps its
jurisdiction on upload, a Clause Extraction Agent that structures content for
accurate comparison, and a Risk Scorer Agent that flags the changes that matter
most. Once reviewed, the system merges both documents into a single reconciled
version, exportable to PDF, Word, or text at any time — for sign-off, audit,
and record-keeping.
Who benefits
- Business users— upload policies and documents for review and validate
them against existing compliance records.
- Compliance teams— compare internal policies against regulations and
identify gaps in seconds.
- Reviewers and approvers— validate flagged documents with full,
clause-level transparency before sign-off.
The problem it solves
Banks and regulated enterprises must keep every policy aligned with a
constantly changing web of regulations. Today, that reconciliation is manual,
slow, and error-prone — teams spend days comparing documents clause by clause,
risking missed changes that carry serious compliance consequences. Cognizant®
Policy Update Solution eliminates that burden, turning a multi-day manual
review into a task completed in seconds, with a clear, auditable trail of every
change.
Built on Microsoft Azure
The solution leverages Azure AI Foundry agents, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search,
Azure AI Document Intelligence, and Azure Blob Storage — delivering
enterprise-grade security, scalability, and explainability.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
