Songlines Control® is designed to complement Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, not replace it. While Foundry Control Plane helps engineering teams build, evaluate, and manage AI agents within the Azure ecosystem, Songlines Control® operates at the organisational governance layer — providing executive-level visibility into AI spend, cross-provider policy enforcement, and compliance audit trails that span every AI workload, including those built in Foundry. Teams using Azure AI Foundry to build agents can use Songlines Control® to govern the cost, compliance, and routing layer across all AI activity — including non-Azure providers — from a single control plane.
