How to get started
- Activate your CAEVES subscription (YOU ARE HERE)
Review and subscribe to the CAEVES Intelligent Deep Storage™ subscription offer. Select your Azure subscription, review pricing and EULA, then subscribe to the offer. Storage is billed by capacity, with the first 5TB free for life*. After acceptance, complete a quick form for account setup, so our team of specialists can assist you in the onboarding process.
Next Steps:
- Deploy your CAEVES environment
Once subscribed to the CAEVES Intelligent Deep Storage™ subscription offer, you can deploy your CAEVES environment using our CAEVES Instance QuickStart template, provisioning all necessary Azure resources like the VM, Azure Tables, and object storage. This instance is typically provisioned close to where your current dark data resides and available as a “landing zone” for your historical data. Deployment is fully automated, secure, and usually completes in under 15 minutes.
For on-premises or hybrid deployments, where your CAEVES environment is deployed in your own data center and connected to a Microsoft Azure storage account in the public cloud, consult the corresponding CAEVES knowledgebase article.
- Migrate your data into CAEVES
After activating your CAEVES environment, migrate data directly to the platform’s virtual file share. During migration your content is securely stored in the object store and corresponding tables. CAEVES offers high availability and WORM-compliant storage for archiving, backups, or full project folders, ensuring long-term retention and audit readiness.
- Connect with Microsoft 365 Search and Copilot
Activate the CAEVES Copilot Connector™ QuickStart template to unlock your archived data across Microsoft 365 Search and Copilot. This connector enables intelligent search, natural language queries, seamless integration, and end-to-end security from archive to AI, transforming static archives into an actionable, AI-ready knowledge base.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
